All orders require 2 business days to process before shipping. We will post your order as soon as we can, subject to stock availability. Orders are sent via Correos, Spain.

All orders are shipped from Spain and any additional charges for customs clearance into other countries will be the responsibility of the clients.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love everything you buy from us, however if you find that you do need to return something we will ensure to refund or exchange any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 10 working days of the purchase date.

Please read the description of the goods carefully and be aware of that the colours of the goods can vary according to the photos provided.

For hygiene reasons, please ensure that the seal has not been removed from the swimwear, or we will not be a able to accept the refund/exchange.

Simply place your returned goods complete with labels and tags in their original packaging covering your address with the Bikibou address below. Please be sure to get a proof of postage when the item is sent.
